Friday, March 6, 2026: Today on Days of Our Lives, Stephanie and Jeremy try to figure out a plan, Steve may have figured out the truth, and EJ shows Paulina what he’s been working on.

Abe gets off the phone with his nephew, Jett, who ran the airline with Jeremy last time he was in town. (There’s a blast from the past!) He’s trying to figure out where Jeremy took Stephanie. But they’re still chasing Jeremy leads, so that’s a total waste. Paulina heads out to take care of city business, so Roman, Abe and Kayla circle the wagons to go over everything being done to find Stephanie.
Can Jada and Steve Figure It Out?
Jada and Steve comb through more tips at the police station, but since Stephanie never left the hospital, it’s another waste of time! But Kayla calls to send Steve off to the private hanger Jett told them about. Correction: send JJ and Shawn. Those two are super busy working the case… Offscreen.

Next, Chad calls Steve (from Arizona, but we know when he’s coming home!) to say Thomas found Stephanie’s phone and gave it to Jeremy. Steve and Jada slowly work out how Jeremy might not be the stalking kidnapper!
They slowly make their way towards someone framing Jeremy. You guys are so close! Then Jada suggests they’re grasping at straws. Sigh. But Steve sticks with the theory long enough to go through the Halloween footage again and, this time, actually stopping to think: “Oh, there’s a mask, it might not be Jeremy!”
Will Stephanie Trick Owen?
Owen shows up for his next shift to relieve Dr. Rolf and he’s told to watch sensors like a hawk — brain activity will begin again once things are complete. Before Rolf leaves, though, he spots Stephanie’s engagement ring in the trash.
Owen makes up some excuse of chickening out in his proposal to his girlfriend — who he’s been with since 2009. She’s super special to him. Dr. Rolf keeps peppering him with questions, but he’s trying to offer up love advice and encouragement, not poke holes in the story, so it’s no biggie.
Owen heads back to his captives to chat a bit with Jeremy until Stephanie wakes up to Owen’s tender ministrations. She immediately jumps into Operation: Convince the Insane Captor I Love Him.
Owen falls hook, line and sinker for Stephanie’s suddenly developed feelings. Beyond. Delusional. But an alarm goes off and he has to run. Stephanie realizes that Owen forgot to gag them, so suggests that they hear anyone come back again, they scream. (Did you really need to talk that over and plan screaming for help?)
The Reveal Is Finally Upon Us
Back in the secret lab, Owen calls Dr. Rolf with signs of life, while EJ commends Cat for filling in for Stephanie and handling the hospital PR. And he’d like to thank her by taking her out to dinner! But Paulina shows up for a surprise inspection, ruining the dinner and gleefully laying out the proof she’s found that he’s siphoning power from other businesses — and into the free clinic!

EJ’s spinning gets interrupted with a text from Rolf saying she’s waking up. (Which is good, because Paulina was not buying what he was selling.) He tries running off, but Paulina threatens him until EJ decides, “What the hell?” and brings her along. Rolf, meanwhile, arrives in the lab in an excited tizzy, then gets a text from EJ to “MOVE THE POD!”
In the show’s final Moments
Stephanie walks Jeremy through dislocating his thumb (she researched how for her book) but the second the door opens, they scream their heads off — until Owen walks in and gags them again. Good one, guys. Once Owen’s gone, Jeremy can’t get his thumb out, so, instead, he shifts his chair closer and offers Stephanie a hand to hold in comfort.
Cat calls Rafe with the Paulina news outside the Pub, just as Owen walks by and sees the Missing flyer. And EJ takes Paulina down to the lab to show her the pod. (Not the secret part, since the pod was moved. Though… how?) He sends Rolf away, gets all mysterious and tells Paulina there’s someone he’s ready to show her. He opens the pod and Paulina just stares in horror: “What? God! It’s Lexie!” (Yes, played by a new face!)
