Rachel’s Court Hearing Takes a Horrible Turn, and Leo Puts All the Pieces Together as EJ Goes Full Supervillain

Wednesday, March 25, 2026: Today on Days of Our Lives, Leo tells Gwen he’s figured everything out, EJ threatens Liam and Kristen’s in hot water at Rachel’s hearing.

Brady texts Marlena from the nurses’ station to talk, right as Sarah brings him coffee. He admits he’s just floored by Rachel’s supposed pill scheme. Marlena shows up post-haste and Brady fills her in. No one can figure out why Rachel would hurt Holly — or if she even meant to!

They decide they just have to talk to Rachel — who they figure is skipping her own medication — but it’ll have to wait until after court. Brady has to head there now, and Marlena will join him after checking on a patient.

Leo’s Figured It All Out

Leo’s trying to focus on writing a Dimitri story when Gwen pops up on his bed, crowing about how Dimitri’s trapped in Alamainia and Leo’s all alone again. But Leo knows Gwen’s just running scared that Dimitri’s going to expose her and everything will unravel. “I know it’s true, you know it’s true and pretty sure the whole world will know it’s true!”

Leo’s going to write a story exposing her, EJ, Vivian, all of it. He ignores her protests (other than believing she wouldn’t try to kill him), and lays out the evidence he found, the string of events and how he knows Gwen and EJ are working together on the pod. Case. Closed.

EJ Threatens Liam

Ari heads out for more medical supplies (for that cut?) and the second she’s gone, EJ and a goon slink into the room, kind enough to wait until Ari left. EJ goes full mob boss as he has a little chat with Liam while the goon watches.

Klaus is dead and so is his employer, Vivian Alamain. Liam has absolutely nothing to worry about — except EJ. EJ makes it clear without saying it directly that Vivian died at his hand. And if he feels he can’t trust Liam to keep his head down, they’ll be having another little chat.

That’s Liam’s clue to hightail it out of there, but before he can, Ari gets back to warn him about the police looking for him. (She ran into Belle in the square and got a quick rundown.) “Your aunt is DA Belle Black? Of course she is.” Just assume that if there’s power, Ari’s connected to it, Liam, pal.

Court Is In Session

Kristen’s getting Rachel ready for the big court day, assuring her that she did nothing wrong, and nothing bad will happen to her. The tables turn when Rachel assures her mom that she’s ready for this. She’s not letting her mom go back to prison.

The two get to the judge’s chambers and somehow, Marlena shows up before Brady, promising she’ll be close by, but can’t be in the hearing itself. Everyone who loves Rachel is there for her.

Belle and Brady show up next and Brady promises a mysterious “talk” afterwards. But Melinda interrupts anything further so the lawyers can go over how it’s all going to go down. When this is all over, no one outside this room will ever know what happened. Besides everyone who already does, but OK.

Sarah and EJ Spar

EJ and Sarah run into each other in the square next. Sarah knows the truth about the shooting, which EJ is just on his way to take care of now. He’ll tell the judge Rachel’s innocent, even if she’s not. They all know what she’s done and what she’s capable of.

Sarah lays into him about the secret lab and trading on her grandfather’s good name, then storms off in disgust… leaving Marlena to bother EJ.

In the Show’s Final Moments

Ari gives Liam a clean bandage and tells him he can always come back anytime he wants. He thanks her and they kiss, then Liam goes on his way. (And that’s all she wrote for Marissa Reyes as Ari.)

The judge arrives and makes it crystal clear she’s not rushing Rachel’s hearing along. And she has her own agenda. If Kristen recants her testimony, she’s admitting to perjury in court, which is punishable by a maximum of seven years in prison. Rachel looks horrified as the judge yanks control of the proceedings from everyone, including Belle.

Then Kristen blows it all to hell when her temper snaps and she yells at the judge to send her to prison right that second if this is how things are going to go! Oh, Kristen…
