Coming up in Port Charles

Chase (Josh Swickard) tells Dante (Dominic Zamprogna), “I’d like to volunteer to find Baby Jane Doe’s family.” After turning the Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) trial into what could generously be called a courtroom misadventure, Chase may be trying to rebuild his credibility the old-fashioned way — by solving a mystery baby case and hoping Dante forgets the whole legal fiasco ever happened.

Meanwhile, at GH, Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) presumably asks a nurse, “Do you think I could hold her?” Holding the baby is going to lead her down the path to adoption, and that’s a good thing. But, BLQ may want to be careful before she walks out of that hospital with a diaper bag and a life-altering decision.

A smiling Trina (Tabyana Ali) tells Portia (Brook Kerr), “I have a little surprise.” Since the teasers promise Portia is about to be shocked, the question becomes whether this is the good kind of surprise, the complicated kind, or the kind that makes Portia immediately reach for a chair and a very strong cup of coffee.

While getting her nails done, Justine (Nazneen Contractor) asks someone, “Will you help me avoid a complete and utter disaster?” Whose help could she be seeking? And the disaster is likely that she can’t keep her hands off of Sonny (Maurice Benard), which historically hasn’t worked out especially well for anyone who values a quiet life.
