Don’t Get Attached to Bold & Beautiful’s Hottest New Couple: They’re Already Doomed — Here’s Why

Starting a new relationship with a game-changing secret hanging over your head can only lead to one outcome on Bold & Beautiful. Unfortunately, that’s true for the latest, and hottest, new couple in our little corner of Los Angeles.

Will’s heartbreak over Electra still palpable, he turned to Dylan, who represented a safe harbor from the storm inside. Having just seen the photo of Electra getting cozy with RJ that Ivy posted on social media, it was just too easy to find solace in the arms of the roommate who had earlier declared her love.

Dylan and Will’s chemistry won over many fans, who were thrilled by the development at the end of Wednesday’s episode, and what’s not to like? They’re young, beautiful, genuinely good people. Unfortunately, Bold & Beautiful had already thrown a monkey wrench into the works that will doom the new couple as soon as it comes to light.

Reddit user, Aggravating_Sea_9449, wanted Dylan and Will together, but pointed out, “The writers including Dylan in Ivy’s scheme just sours it.” As we all know, Dylan confronted Ivy about her role in breaking up Will and Electra, and the Aussie not only spilled her guts, but swore the new receptionist to secrecy under threat of losing her job at Forrester.

While Dylan is something of a do-gooder, and didn’t condone Ivy’s scheme, she’s now become an accessory after the fact, if you will, by keeping the truth from Will. It would be bad enough if he found out she knew and didn’t tell him, but getting involved with him under the circumstances adds a whole new layer to what can only be categorized as deception.

When Aunt Ivy’s machinations are exposed, Will is going to be utterly shocked to find out that Dylan was in the loop and didn’t say a word. Worse, because this is Bold & Beautiful, he’ll ignore the fact that she was threatened, (much like Ivy’s ignoring the fact that he was raped by Luna), and act as though she was in cahoots with Ivy all along.

Yes, Dylan has set herself up for a devastating disappointment by deceiving Will and entering into a relationship with him under false pretenses. She’ll be painted with the same brush as Ivy, and could, ironically, lose her job in the end anyway.
