Today on The Bold and the Beautiful, Dylan confides in Deke, Steffy makes a pivotal decision, and Brooke’s peace summit fails miserably.

The show opens with Steffy and Finn – what else? – kissing in her office. Finn mentions Hayes wants to see Miss Dylan. Steffy admits she’s been thinking of giving Dylan the receptionist job since Jamie has so much responsibility.
Speaking of Jamie, she and Kingsley corner Will in the design office to ask if they can help him get over his breakup with Electra. The purr about helping him unwind and have fun. Will’s amused but gives them the brush off.
What Dylan Deserves
At Il Giardino, Deke asks Dylan how things are going at the beach house. She grins, “I think I’m falling for Will.” She knows he has to get through this thing with Electra first. Deke urges her not to sell herself short; she’s beautiful.
Dylan tells Deke she hates what’s happened between her and her pal, Electra. Deke says Dylan deserves a break as Steffy calls and asks her to swing by the office. She wonders if she’s in trouble.
Recipe For Disaster
At Brooke’s place, she cajoles Ridge into agreeing to a dinner with Katie and Bill to try and smooth things over with her sister. Maybe he and Bill will find a way to get along? It’s unlikely, because over at Logan, Bill is telling Katie that they’ll be producing the line Eric designed. “Our line.” She decides he’s right, it’s just business… but warns him not to discuss it at dinner.
In the next scene, Katie and Bill are magically at Brooke’s. Everyone’s on their best behavior. Everyone’s on their best behavior… even Bill and Ridge, who downgrade their jabs to polite needling. They’ve only just sat down at the table for dinner when Ridge brings up Katie and Bill using his dad. Here we go!

Will arrives at Il Giardino, and Deke updates him that Dylan left after getting a call to come to Forrester. Over in the main office, Finn heads off to work, leaving Steffy with Dylan. Steffy knows she’s going through a difficult time and would like to offer her an opportunity at Forrester. Dylan, thrilled, immediately accepts.
The Final Scene
At Brooke’s place, they’ve managed to get to the main course, where Ridge and Bill try to outdo each other with who uses more pepper. Seriously. Talk inevitably turns back to Eric, but things begin to crumble when Brooke offers Katie her job back at Forrester since she no longer has a designer. Bill laughs at the “comedy show” and Katie tells her they’re using Eric’s designs. Ridge and Brooke are outraged, and Brooke forbids it.
