Eric’s Health Takes a Nosedive — and Ridge Demands Answers After Spotting His Dad’s Sketches
Tuesday, February 17, 2026: Today on The Bold and the Beautiful, Eric works himself into a lather, Donna pleads with him to quit, and Katie battles back against the sword necklace effect.

At Forrester, Brooke shows Ridge the latest Eye on Fashion goes on and on about Logan’s mystery designer. He admits it’s good PR, but the designer will never live up to the hype. Talk turns to Eric and his stress levels… they’re very concerned.
Eric’s Stress
At home, Eric becomes flustered while sketching. Donna tries to entice him to the pool for a break, but he’s under too much pressure to finish the line. Donna insists he tell Katie that he can’t go through with this line. He admits he may have made a terrible mistake.
Over at Spencer/Logan, Bill mocks Eric’s outburst over the silk to Katie and tells her they have to light a fire under him. Katie wouldn’t be able to handle it if something happens to him. Katie clearly shouldn’t have given Bill that sword necklace back, because he doesn’t even care… he just wants Forrester to get his act together and put a line out… now.
Every scene continues to surround Eric’s health until the man himself gets himself worked up over Ridge giving him permission to return to the company he founded, and Bill becoming obsessed with the bottom line. Cue the shortness of breath.
Oopsie
As Ridge and Brooke decide to leave Forrester to go over and check on Eric, Bill tells Katie that her designer can’t slack off… he has to come through. Bill suspects he’s having regrets and worries about Katie getting caught between father and son.

Back at the Forrester mansion, Eric’s getting worse as Donna pressures him to back out. Donna tries to call for help, but he stops her. “I’m fine.” She shouts, “You’re not fine!” He promises she won’t lose him and goes over his anger with Ridge one more time for good measure as she cries.

At that moment, Brooke and Ridge arrive to question Eric. Noticing the sketches, he asks, “What’s going on?” Donna and Eric shift around awkwardly.
