Jordan bumps into Justine at the local gym, and Justine takes the chance to ask her about a cold case file from back when she was commissioner. Jordan recalls the case and that they didn’t have the evidence to put Sonny away.

Jordan and Justine talk GH

Turner explains that there are dozens of these cases, and Sonny has become their default suspect in every one. What if they allowed the real perp to get away? She’s beginning to reassess whether Sonny is the boogeyman she’s been led to believe.

More: Is Anna herself?

Jordan warns her that Sonny has a way of pulling people in and under his spell, including her own son, TJ. Justine asks if she’s suggesting Sonny is cultivating her to protect his son in Drew’s shooting.

Chase Can’t Let It Go

Brook Lynn and Chase have lunch at Bobbie’s. When their drink refills don’t show up, he goes to the counter to check on them. There, he overhears Molly on the phone discussing her questioning of Michael. When she gets off, he points out the massive conflict of interest in her questioning Michael. Molly says it was just an interview, and no new evidence has come up to charge Michael. Ric walks through the door, and Molly excuses herself.

Brook Lynn vents at Chase GH

Chase returns to Brook Lynn, who is not pleased with her husband’s obsession with this case, and asks why he won’t let this go. He can’t, as someone shot Drew and framed Willow, and Michael is the most likely suspect. Chase lashes out that she and Dante can admit Michael could have shot Drew, but don’t want to face the reality that he did.

Molly Gets and Gives Advice

Ric and Molly grab a table, and she tells him that her editor wants to publish her book. He’s proud of her, but she says this book could end her and Cody’s relationship. She explains their fight over the book and the character modeled on Cody. Ric says Cody, like most men, is prone to self-sabotage. He assumes Cody is torturing himself over how he screwed up, and she can take that from an expert. One of them has to make the first move.

Ric and Molly chat GH

Molly suggests her dad take his advice and talk to Liz. Ric doesn’t want to ruin their friendship. Molly says Liz sees the man he can be, and maybe she can help see that too.

Michael Fills His Parents In

Carly and Sonny meet with Michael in the Quartermaine kitchen, and he fills them in on the custody agreement he made with Willow. Carly is not happy with the turn of events, but Sonny says he advised Michael to take this path.

Michael Sonny and Carly talk gH

Michael tells his mom that he is being investigated for shooting Drew, so he couldn’t go into a hearing with this hanging over him and end up losing custody. Michael knows the kids miss Willow, and he just has to hope she can be a good mom forty percent of the time.

Their talk turns to the shooting, and Michael insists he didn’t shoot Drew, and there is nothing the police don’t know about his actions that night. Sonny recalls his discussion with Juistine and says he won’t go down for this.

That’s when Chase and Brook Lynn appear …

Alexis Gives Curtis a Warning

Curtis stops by Alexis’s office. He’s there to find out how to get a court order to force Portia to take a paternity test. Alexis can’t help him after she tore Portia’s life apart on the stand. She also advises him that a court order would only make matters worse, turning the situation adversarial even before the baby is born. She suggests he talk to Portia first before doing something drastic.

Back to Work!

At the hospital, Portia’s back to work, and Isaiah says it’s nice to see her back. She’s been demoted from co-chief, which means she’s not his boss, and they don’t have to hide anything. Portia’s been bunking with him at his cabin, which she’s been enjoying. She’s paged and has to deal with a case.

Meanwhile, Liz and Lucas read paperwork that Willow has decided to care for Drew at home. They see a nurse and Willow wheeling Drew out.

Willow takes a moment to chat with Liz, who feels Drew’s best chance at recovery is at home with her, and Scout is with Alexis, so she won’t have to see him like this.

So long Drew!

Lucas chats with Drew, who can only blink for yes and no, about setting up therapy for him when he’s ready. Willow thanks Lucas for his help, and they head out.

Later, Liz chats with Portia and is so glad to have her back. Their talk turns to Isaiah, and Portia notes how easy things are with him. When the paternity issue comes up, Portia hasn’t taken the test as she wants to enjoy this pregnancy without stress.

Isaiah Lucas chat GH

Lucas and Isaiah chat, and Lucas gives him some pointers on having a personal relationship at work and dealing with the gossip. Isaiah opens up about Curtis and worries that if the baby is his, he’ll try to dictate Portia’s life. Lucas says Curtis will put this baby’s best interests first, and he thinks Portia would appreciate it if Isaiah did the same.

Lucas then chats with Portia and welcomes her back. That’s when Curtis shows up, so Lucas excuses himself. Curtis congratulates Portia on her reinstatement, then asks when she plans to take a paternity test.

What’s Going On at Drew’s Place?

Trina meets up with Kai at Drew’s house. He tells her that Willow is bringing Drew home today and that he was put in charge of making sure everything gets delivered and set up for them.

Trina and Kai discuss Drew and Willow GH

Trina wants Kai to resign, and they should walk away from Drew and Willow. Kai explains he can’t, as he feels he needs to keep Drew safe. Trina points out that Willow shot her husband, so what else is she capable of? That’s when Willow walks in…

Willow thanks Trina and Kai GH

Willow thanks Kai for being here to oversee the delivery of the hospital equipment. Willow asks Kai to help her get Drew in, and Trina decides to wait out front.

Later, Trina and Kai drop by Alexis’ office. Trina says Willow has brought Drew home to take care of him herself. Alexis realizes how bad this is.

Back at Drew’s, he is put into a hospital bed, and the technician tells Willow to call them with any questions about the equipment. He takes off, and Willow taunts Drew saying, “Alone at last!”

In the Show’s Final Moments

At the hospital, Isaiah delivers flowers to Liz from Ric. Ric walks in, and she thanks him. Ric doesn’t want to press his luck but asks if she wants to have dinner with him. After pointing out he’s basically ghosted her for months, she gives him a chance and says, “Name the time and place.”

Portia tells Curtis he will know if this baby is his when she’s ready. He informs her she has one week to take the test, or he’ll get a court order. Lucas eavesdrops as Portia says that if he can’t accept she’s carrying on with this pregnancy on her own terms, then he can go get that court order.

At the gym, Justine tells Jordan she doesn’t know whether a case against Michael would even make it to trial, given the lack of evidence, but Sonny won’t be a factor in her decision. Jordan simply suggests that, when dealing with Sonny, do the opposite of whatever he advises.

Chase and BRook Lynn interupt GH

In the Quartermaine kitchen, Sonny tells Brook Lynn and Chase they were just leaving. Michael walks his mom out, and Brook Lynn asks Sonny to stay and chat about Gio, so they excuse themselves. Alone, Chase spots Michael’s key chain and examines it, recalling Molly telling him earlier that there was no sign of forced entry into Drew’s place, and Michael had no way in.

In Alexis’ office, Kai tells the lawyer he’ll continue working for Drew so he can keep access to him. Alexis asks them both that if they see anything suspect, come to her immediately.

Drew gets the truth GH

At Drew’s, Willow tells Drew she’s been counting the minutes until it was just the two of them. She tells him that she used to think he’d talk right over her, and now he’s her captive audience. She leans in and says, with a cold stare and scary tone to her voice, “You should know, it was me, I’m the one who shot you!” (What a Lady Ollena, Game of Thrones moment! If you know, you know!)

On the next General Hospital, Willow informs Drew, “All of that ends now!” Brook Lynn talks to Michael about being charged, and Dante asks someone, “How far do you think you can push me?” Find out more spoilers for all the soaps for Friday, February 6, here!
