The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers update for Monday, April 5, reveals that Claire Newman (Hayley Erin) and Kyle Abbott’s (Michael Mealor) new home will be revealed while Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) raises a red flag for Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic).

At Society, Audra will welcome Nate home from his trip and offer updates on how things are going with Vibrante.

It’ll set off some alarm bells when Nate learns Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) still isn’t offering up the funding, but Audra will downplay his concerns.

At the coffeehouse, Damian Kane (Jermaine Rivers) will think he owes Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) an apology for his aggressive behavior when he first came to Genoa City, but he’ll feel like he’s making progress when it comes to letting his walls down.

Since Lily will still have some trust issues, Damian will want a way to convince her of his character.

At Lily’s request, Damian will agree to get in touch with Aristotle Dumas and try to set up a meeting for her.

Afterward, Damian and Lily will connect over their deceased fathers as she tells him about Neil Winters (Kristoff St. John) at the jazz lounge named after him.

At the Abbott mansion, Claire will be taken aback when Kyle reveals Summer Newman’s (Allison Lanier) Italy trip and the fact that he told her about their move-in plans.

Kyle will admit that although Summer thought it was a bit soon, she backed off quickly and didn’t cause much of a fuss.

However, Summer asked them to wait until she got back to tell Harrison Abbott (Redding Munsell), so Claire will be fine with that.

After Kyle shows Claire a photo on his phone, he’ll explain that Adam Newman’s (Mark Grossman) old condo is up for sale and will suggest they could move in there.

Kyle will play up all the perks of the place since he’s done his research and wonder what Claire thinks about it.

Claire will be offended over Kyle just now asking for her opinion and act like they should’ve looked into all this as a team.

Kyle will be apologetic for getting a few steps ahead due to his excitement and will vow to drop it if that’s what Claire wants.

Claire will come around on the idea of potentially living there once she sees how many boxes it checks off for them.

Kyle will also point out that it could soften the blow with Victor if they convince Adam to sell to them and get him in their corner.

Claire won’t be so sure Adam’s going to be supportive since he previously distrusted her.

It’ll surprise Claire that Kyle is thinking of an Adam alliance, so Kyle will acknowledge that he doesn’t like the guy.

That said, Kyle will basically act like they can use all the help they can get and will definitely approve of their potential new home.

In the end, Claire will decide she’ll find a way to bring up the topic to Adam and set something up for them to view the condo.

Kyle will get excited all over again since if all goes well, they could be living together before the month’s over.

Claire will give Kyle a kiss as they celebrate the possibility of finding their new place.

At the athletic club, Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will derail Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) and Sally Spectra’s (Courtney Hope) celebration of their Abbott Communications partnership.

On Monday’s Y&R episode, Phyllis will end up taking a seat and pouring her own glass of bubbly as she makes it clear she’s not giving up.

Although Phyllis will assume Sally and Billy are partying over her ousting, she’ll plan on making a comeback and bringing Daniel Romalotti Jr. (Michael Graziadei) back with her.

Billy will argue that’s not an option and will still think Phyllis needs to focus on healing.

When Phyllis questions who’s taking her spot, she’ll get the news about Sally replacing her.

That’ll leave an angry Phyllis wondering how Sally convinced Billy to throw away their long friendship and fire her so Sally could take her place.

Billy will correct Phyllis since that’s not how it went down and will try to shut down this unproductive conversation.

Nevertheless, Phyllis will keep at it and rant about Billy’s pattern of casting his partners aside, especially ones he’s been romantically involved with.

Phyllis will make a prediction about Sally facing the same fate, so she’ll look forward to getting the last laugh.

After Phyllis snarls that Billy’s going to be sorry, she’ll exit and leave Sally uneasy about the threat she poses.

The Young and the Restless spoilers say Phyllis will order some coffee in the aftermath as she continues plotting her revenge at Crimson Lights, so stay tuned to see what she cooks up!
