His family shared the sad news with everyone by posting a statement on his social media. The statement read, “Judge Frank Caprio passed away peacefully at the age of 88 after a long and courageous battle with pancreatic cancer.” A video of his son, David Frank, was also released, who informed his fans that his father passed ‘peacefully, surrounded by family and friends.’

He was battling pancreatic cancer for more than two years. Two days before his passing, a video of Frank in the hospital was posted, where he asked his fans and followers to remember him in their prayers. The caption read, “As I continue this difficult battle, your prayer will lift my spirit.” His fans and followers are truly in shock by the news of his ultimate passing.

A user wrote, “No, I’m devastated! I prayed for him last night.” Another user expressed sorrow and added, “I am positively heartbroken. What an amazing man.
