The Young and the Restless Next 3 Weeks: Matt Brings Horror to GC – Messy Love Lives – Abbotts Strike Back

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for the next three weeks, December 1 to December 19, reveal Matt Clark aka “Mitch Bacall” (Roger Howarth) will get ready to unleash some horror on Genoa City. Y&R fans will also see some messy love lives and some sneaky plans as the Abbotts strike back over Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden) AI threat.

During the week of December 1-5, Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) and Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will have a heated showdown while Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) pitches a risky plan to his family.

Jack will push for a three-month shutdown to prevent Victor’s AI invasion, so it looks like he’ll get the full family’s support as he prepares to take Jabot offline.

As for Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott), she may become privy to Jack’s secret tactic since he’s going to divulge something to her soon.

Once Victor receives updates on some trouble in Los Angeles, he’ll fly there and corner Matt in person.

After threats are exchanged, Victor will get to work on a plan that could back Matt into a corner.

Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) and Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will land in a jam of their own while Noah Newman (Lucas Adams) and Sienna Bacall (Tamara Braun) try to carry out a getaway plan.

Y&R spoilers suggest Matt may come along and derail that escape strategy since he’s about to force Noah into yet another tight spot.

Next, Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) and Diane Jenkins Abbott (Susan Walters) will seek leverage that they can use against Victor.

There’ll be a joint dirt-digging effort, so Diane and Kyle will find an unusual path to mother-son bonding.

As for Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver), she’ll be in a bad mood after Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) turns down a reunion again.

Audra will take jabs at Claire Newman (Hayley Erin) soon after, so Claire will unleash her wrath.

The week of December 8-12 will bring more sinister Matt developments and set the stage for the Los Angeles portion of this story to wrap up.

It’ll seem like Matt’s been defeated, but he’ll secretly plot a Genoa City comeback and plan to target all the Newmans.

We should also mention a standalone episode that’s coming up on December 9, which will involve a celebration of Lauren Fenmore Baldwin (Tracey E. Bregman) and Michael Baldwin’s (Christian LeBland) 20th wedding anniversary.

During the week of December 15-19, the key players from the LA story should settle into life in GC.

Nick, Sharon, Victor, Noah and even Sienna will all head to Genoa City as Christmas approaches.

Noah may be determined to make his romance with Sienna work despite the messiness of how they got together.

However, Matt’s continued desire for revenge could be a big problem – and that goes for the rest of the Newman clan, too!

Once Audra realizes Noah’s back in town, she may decide she wants him back and make a fierce enemy out of Sienna as a result.

Back with Kyle, he’ll no doubt hope for more kisses from Claire at Christmastime.

Kyle certainly enjoyed that lip lock with Claire at Thanksgiving, so we’ll see if they might keep working toward a reunion.
