General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Ferncliff may await Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen). Will Willow snap after Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) next round of manipulation and get locked up as a result?

Willow went off the rails in GH’s July 29 episode with that meltdown at Carly Spencer’s (Laura Wright) house.

It left Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) thinking Willow was out of control and certainly not in the right headspace to be around the children.

Although Willow will try to get her act together and become someone Michael can trust around the kids, she’s been having some mental struggles for a while now.

Willow was almost catatonic when she first lost custody – and even now, she obviously has moments where she’s a shell of who she used to be.

It’s clear that Willow could use some mental help, so many fans are starting to wonder if a stint at Ferncliff is in her future.

Things may get worse before they get better for Willow if Drew follows his typical pattern of behavior.

Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) admitted some concerns during his recent conversation with Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) and Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr).

Since Curtis knows how Drew operates, he’s worried that Drew might manipulate Willow into a reunion.

Unfortunately, Drew has leverage that could potentially make that happen.

Now that Drew’s put it together that Willow is Daisy Gilmore’s (Brenden and Evelyn Beimford) stalker, he could use that against her and try to force her to be a couple again.

Drew might hope to get their marriage back on track and use the Daisy stalker situation to blackmail Willow into it.

However, a move like that could backfire considering Willow’s fragile mental state.

If this keeps up, there may be a last straw coming for Willow.

Since Willow’s sanity is perhaps hanging by a thread, what happens if Drew breaks whatever’s left and causes her to truly lose it?

It’s easy to imagine Willow snapping and going off on Drew in a big way.

We could see a criminal twist where Willow’s resulting outburst turns dangerous and maybe even leaves Drew’s life in jeopardy.

If that’s the case, Willow could hit rock bottom and ultimately land at Ferncliff.
