Can This Wedding Be Stopped?

The wedding day for Willow and Drew is just around the corner, set to commence at the end of this week. However, it’s clear that the day will not unfold as either Willow or her fiancé Drew imagines.

According to the latest General Hospital spoilers, chaos is on the horizon, starting even before the wedding itself. Nina, Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati), Curtis, and Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) are becoming increasingly frantic in their efforts to prevent Willow from making a life-altering choice by marrying Drew.

Most importantly, they are intent on stopping Drew’s reign of terror.

Portia Told Willow The Ugly Truth About Drew, And Willow Thought It Was Ok!

This week, Portia revealed to Willow the type of man she is about to marry, admitting Drew wants Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) to appear as if he is struggling with opioid addiction.

To Portia’s shock, Willow didn’t even flinch at Drew’s manipulative tactics and underhanded plans. Willow seemed to support Drew’s intentions, stating, “If that’s necessary to reclaim her children, that’s acceptable because Michael played unfairly, so why shouldn’t she?”

After regaining her composure, Portia contacted Nina and said, “You need to come see me immediately.” Then Portia exclaimed, “Willow-” the entire situation left her feeling terrified-she is left pondering, “What has Drew done to Willow?”

Nina Realizes It’s Worse Than She Ever Could Have Thought

Even though she was aware, Nina understands that the situation is much worse than she imagined and shares this with Ava Jerome (Maura West) this week.

Drew has discovered that Willow was likely the one who targeted Daisy Gilmore (Evelyn and Brenden Beimford) and pushed Sasha Corbin (Sofia Mattsson) to leave town.

And wow, he really looked like a proud, creepy uncle, didn’t he-he recognized it but didn’t confront her, he thought, “Yes, this is the woman I’m going to marry.” Nina wants to stop this wedding; she’s considering, “Okay, I might have to come clean about my affair with Drew.”

Will The Wedding Be Over Before It Starts?

Once Willow understands that Curtis and Nina are being honest, she finds herself in a position where she must decide about her future and whom she can trust.

She could try to reject it and claim she doesn’t believe Curtis or Nina, but it would certainly clarify many things that Nina has said and done concerning Drew. Willow will have to come to terms with the truth, but what happens next-is her wedding to Drew doomed before it even begins?

Will there be “I don’t” instead of “I do”? Thus, there are several potential outcomes.

Willow Could Choose Not To Believe Curtis And Nina And Marry Drew Anyway

Clearly, Willow could simply marry Drew regardless of Curtis’s advice and Nina’s confession. Ultimately, she might think, “What the heck? I’m already so involved. I’m just going to do it.

Drew loves me, and I love him. His affair with my mom is ancient history”. She may decide Nina’s fling with Drew was a mistake-sadly, this is a very probable result of the situation.

Meanwhile, we are nearing the end of July sweeps, and if Willow leaves Drew at the altar, it would generate massive ratings; he is quite unpopular. Therefore, we must consider this as another potential outcome-it would be shocking and surprising, and honestly, fans would enjoy it.

Runaway Bride, Brokenhearted Flower Girl

Considering the seemingly sweet moment Willow and Scout Cain (Cosette Abinante) had in Thursday, July 24th’s episode when she asked Willow if she could call her mom, Scout would be brokenhearted.

The weekly preview promo showed Scout walking down the aisle towards her father, who was already at the front of the church, so the wedding may go on. On the other hand, several scenarios could take place-we know Willow confronts her mother about what Curtis told her.

Willow could believe her and Curtis and leave Drew at the altar with a brokenhearted flower girl and Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson) with a surprise houseguest!

She could even kidnap Wiley and Amelia Corinthos (Viron Weaver, Serenity and Sequoia Mork Macko) and run to parts unknown!
