General Hospital (GH) spoilers hint that Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) may go missing, so will Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) help find his runaway brother for Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) and Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening)?

Now that Rocco’s reeling over all his Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) questions, he’s ready to get more information from Lulu.

It’s a messy birth story that’ll be tough for Lulu to tell, but she’ll explain the stolen embryo situation as best as she can.

Of course, Lulu will assure Rocco that how he came into the world doesn’t matter.

It certainly doesn’t change Rocco’s biological connections – nor does it change how much his family loves him.

Dante will eventually get updates on Rocco’s discovery and concerns, so he’ll try to get through to him, too.

Unfortunately, Rocco will spin out over this huge secret that was kept from him and will suddenly feel disconnected from his parents.

All this is building to a daring move that Rocco’s going to make in the July 11 episode.

GH spoilers say Rocco will do something bold, so we have to consider what that might be.

When Gio found out about his adoption, his whole world was turned upside down.

Gio immediately wanted to bolt, so that’s exactly what he did when he wound up at that motel with Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruner).

Rocco’s ordeal won’t be exactly the same, but he’ll feel like his world was upended as well.

It could lead to Rocco making a similar move by running off and trying to clear his head somewhere.

If that’s the case, Lulu may freak out when Rocco disappears.

Rocco may not show up where he’s supposed to be, so both Lulu and Dante could find themselves in panic mode.

This would be a great time for Gio to step up and perhaps help Dante locate his half-brother. It’s easy to imagine Gio pitching in with a frantic search.

Dante lashed out at Gio over the alcohol poisoning drama since he felt like Gio should’ve gotten Rocco to the hospital right away.

This could be a moment of redemption for Gio if he comes through for Dante and reunites him with Rocco.

This might also help Gio and Dante finally begin to bond.

As a bonus, it would build on the connection Gio already has with Lulu, so they could all start to form a family unit.
