General Hospital (GH) spoilers preview for Friday, April 25, reveals that Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) will deal with some escort drama while Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) faces a crushing blow. Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) also has some disturbing Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) news ahead of her, so let’s discuss all the looming shockers.

At the hospital in Los Angeles, Sonny will survive his heart procedure. The real threat to Sonny’s safety will be the hit that a fake nurse is about to carry out!

It appears Colette Moreau (Mercedes Lopez Renard) may be the one who loads up a lethal syringe and tries to eliminate Sonny.

Will Carly or someone else come along to thwart the attack?

After Carly seeks updates from Sonny’s doctor, she might enter her ex’s room and find some chaos waiting for her.

The GH preview video shows that Carly may make an alarming discovery, but this could also give her a heroic moment depending on how all this plays out.

Back in Port Charles, Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) will push Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) to drop her adoption story and stop stirring up trouble.

Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) will interrupt Lulu and Brook Lynn’s confrontation, so they’ll have to answer some tricky questions about why they’re ripping into each other.

At GH, Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) will become determined to alert Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) to the papers she discovered – the ones that could have her sister committed!

After Molly fills Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) in on her urgent mission, she’ll track Kristen down and show her what came from Diane Miller’s (Carolyn Hennesy) bag.

Kristina will flip out when she realizes Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) had the paperwork drawn up to put her in a psychiatric facility.

Next, Ava Jerome (Maura West) will throw her power around and tell Alexis about a payment schedule change.

Alexis will no doubt get fed up with Ava and all her orders, but there won’t be much she can do.

At some point, Kristina will inevitably grill Alexis about the papers to have her committed.

Alexis may come clean about Ava’s blackmail as well as Diane’s pressure to throw Kristina in a mental institution for a legal defense.

Kristina will ultimately realize Ava and Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) know the truth about the car sabotage, so she’ll panic as her world comes crashing down.

The fact that Alexis almost had Kristina committed will be a devastating blow, so she may seek reassurance that her mom won’t resort to that.

Meanwhile, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) will take the next steps when it comes to her escort trap for Drew.

Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) may have some reservations about Nina’s scheme, but she’ll get roped into helping anyway.

Will Jacinda (Paige Herschell) successfully seduce Drew as part of this strategy?

Will Drew cheat on Willow – or could Nina at least make it look like he did for the congressman’s escort scandal?

At the clinic in Baden-Baden, Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) will be ready to visit Michael Corinthos (last played by Chad Duell) and have a long overdue discussion about their children.

Unfortunately, Willow may not get the chance.

Drew seemed a little too understanding about the whole trip, so he could secretly use his money and connections to make sure Willow can’t see Michael.

It’s also possible Carly will be behind the move to stop Willow, but Drew makes the most sense under the circumstances.

It could add to the list of Drew’s dirty behavior and give Willow something else to uncover about him later.
