The next General Hospital spoilers video for Wednesday, October 22, 2025, shows Anna questioning Britt, while Tracy insists to Lulu that Ronnie’s hiding something, and Ronnie tells Brook Lynn that she felt she got the upper hand on Tracy.

Coming up in Port Charles

Lois (Rena Sofer) asks Sonny (Maurice Benard), “Are you gonna invite me in or…should I kick rocks?” They’re probably going to talk about what’s going on with Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) and Gio (Giovanni Mazza).

Meanwhile, a frazzled Tracy (Jane Elliot) tells Lulu (Alexa Havins), “That woman is hiding something. I know it!” The advanced teasers show that Tracy defends herself, so she’s probably sticking by her guns that Ronnie (Erika Slezak) is trying to con the family. Lulu’s going to have to brace herself for Tracy’s verbal hurricane.

Speaking of which, Ronnie is holding court at Bobbie’s with Brook Lynn and says, “Whatever Tracy gave me, I more than got back at her.” She certainly did as viewers cheered when she finally put Tracy in her place and gave her the boot. Hopefully, the nice Ronnie doesn’t turn out to really be a sheister.

Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) asks Anna (Finola Hughes), “Do you have evidence to make that connection?” Anna’s obviously connecting Britt to whatever Faison’s (Anders Hove) final project was…or is. But Britt’s been standing her ground and keeping quiet about what was going on in Croatia, so she might be fearing something truly dark and nefarious.

And Jack (Chris McKenna) brings Nathan (Ryan Paevey) in for questioning and tells him, “If you were involved in it, now would be the time to tell me.” Finally! Nathan doesn’t seem too concerned about his missing years. Jack’s doing his best hard-boiled detective impression, but Nathan’s acting like he just wandered in from a gap year abroad and doesn’t see the problem. Seven years missing? No biggie.
