General Hospital 2-Week Spoilers Jan 19-30: Dante Faces Impossible Choice as Sidwell Makes Dangerous Deal

General Hospital 2-week spoilers for January 19-30, 2026 look at Dante Falconeri‘s (Dominic Zamprogna) awful dilemma and Jenz Sidwell‘s (Carlo Rota) bargain.
General Hospital: Willow Tait’s Not Guilty Verdict Stuns Port Charles
Monday, January 19th, we’ve got Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) telling Kai (Jens Austin Astrup) that Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) going free may not be so terrible. So, we’ll listen to why. I mean, I think the only terrible thing is that she didn’t do a good enough job shooting him. That seems to be the consensus of fans. Plus, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) drops by Alexis Davis’s (Nancy Lee Grahn) and Diane Miller’s (Carolyn Hennesy) office and chats with the receptionist. He finds out both are in court and that Willow’s verdict came in. Sonny is hoping that Willow is acquitted for everyone’s sake.
In court, we’re going to pick up from Friday’s episode right after Willow’s not-guilty verdict stunned everybody. Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson), of course, is distraught that Willow is not going to prison. He’s worried he’ll be accused now and that he’s going to have to let her around the kids. And of course, he knows what she did to Daisy and Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson), which not a lot of other people know. So, he’s got good reasons to be concerned.
After getting that not-guilty verdict while still in the courtroom, Alexis demands that Drew Cain Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison) give her what he promised, which is access to Scout Cain (Cosette Abinante). Plus, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) gets a warning from Drew, and it’s maybe don’t try and split me and Willow up. We’re together forever. I think Nina is going to do it anyway and isn’t going to listen to anything Drew says.

Dante Falconeri’s Police Dilemma and Anna Devane’s Haunted Past on GH
Dante is going to be torn. He’s got this awful dilemma because he may be called on in his role as acting police commissioner to investigate Michael. Plus, DA Justine Turner (Nazneen Contractor) is threatening Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) with prison over what she calls his interference. It sounds like Turner is trying to blame Chase for the footage of Willow disappearing.
Sonny makes a cryptic offer to someone and he is assuring Michael that he’s not going to let him go down for Drew’s shooting. Finally, on Monday, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) is horror-struck. She’s going to hear Cesar Faison’s (Anders Hove) voice saying, “My Anna, you could never be rid of me.” That is, by the way, Anders Hove’s voice. They got him to do the voice-over. No word if we’re going to actually see him, but we are legit hearing him.
Then on Tuesday, January 20th, we’ve got Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) and Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) leaping into action. This sounds like a medical emergency at General Hospital and that means somebody’s life may hang in the balance. Trina opens up to Ava Jerome (Maura West) and it could be about her knowing that Willow shot Drew.
Romantic Dates and Tensions Rise in Port Charles on General Hospital
Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) asks Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) out on a date. Of course, he’ll say yes and then Britt can get that kiss she won—maybe a little more. Plus, Michael and Chase run into each other after Willow’s verdict is out and things are tense. I do wonder if Chase may say that he knows Michael did it and he didn’t get away with framing Willow. I mean, this could get really, really tense.
Plus, Director Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) issues new orders. That is the guy who’s the big boss at the WSB that Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) doesn’t like. Of course, Cullum is conspiring with Sidwell and acting like he wants Anna to disappear. So, I’m sure his new orders are about the research progress on Faison’s work and/or Anna.
Wednesday, January 21st, we’ve got Kai getting some advice from Nina, and I’m curious to see if he confides in her about Willow or just about Drew. Something alarming happens with Laura Spencer (Genie Francis), and that could relate to that General Hospital medical crisis. We’ll see because also on Wednesday, Lucas has to give heartbreaking news and that sounds like somebody might be dead.
Special GH Tribute to Tony Geary and Luke Spencer
We are heading into sweeps, but not quite yet. Jason gets an offer from Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) on Wednesday and John Brennan (Chris McKenna) briefs Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy), probably about Director Cullum. I suspect that Brennan does not trust his boss, which is ironic because Joss doesn’t trust her boss. But they’re going to talk about it.
Thursday, January 22nd, we’ve got Jason suspicious of somebody. I wonder if Carly Corinthos Spencer (Laura Wright) is being coy since she’s still hiding Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart). Emma wants Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) to help her. I think this is about finding—Emma knows deep, deep down that something isn’t right.
Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) and Chase discuss their future on Thursday. He’s suspended from the PCPD right now because of the Willow stuff. They had talked about adopting once her and Gio were in a better place, which they are now. So maybe they’re talking personal and professional. Lucas and Mario get a surprise. We’ll see if it’s a good one or a bad one.
Somebody backs Britt into a corner and it may be Mario, maybe Sidwell. Well, heck, it could be Carly. Also, on Thursday, be sure to stick around until the end of the episode because they’re showing a special montage that’s a tribute to General Hospital legend, the late Tony Geary, who passed away December 14th. So, we’re going to get lots of Luke Spencer stuff on Thursday.

Sonny Corinthos Manipulates Ava Jerome as General Hospital February Sweeps Begin
Friday, January 23rd, Sonny plays Ava. Looks like Sonny’s going to weaponize her against Sidwell as he and Laura discussed with her. Hopefully being none the wiser. You know, it depends. If you’re flattering Ava, she gets suckered in. That’s how Sidwell’s got his claws into her. Plus, Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) makes introductions, and this may be for somebody that Sidwell wants to meet.
Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) is relieved, and it may be that he and his family aren’t suspects in Drew’s shooting. He may worry about Michael going down for it, though. Jason is worried about Britt and says so. I wonder if he’s talking to her or maybe to Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) or even Brad Cooper (Parry Shen).
The week of January 26 through the 30th, we’ve got the kickoff on Thursday and Friday, the 29th and 30th, of February sweeps. So this week, we’re going to see Anna’s situation getting more perilous. We’ve got Cullum and Pascal (Mark Forget) and Sidwell using Faison to torment poor Anna. Things are only going to get worse from here. Sounds like they kind of want to disappear her permanently.
Dante Falconeri Investigates Michael Corinthos and the WSB Devil’s Bargain on GH
Emma’s going to share her concerns with Mac Scorpio (John J. York) and Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) soon. We know that all three of them are in on a rescue mission for Anna that I expect could come later in February sweeps. DA Turner is going to push Dante to investigate further. I’m sure that Turner wants to convict somebody because Drew’s case was high-profile since he is a congressman, and that means Michael may indeed face PCPD scrutiny.
The DA is also going to be outraged and we’ll see if Chase faces further actions on top of his suspension. Valentin and Sidwell are going to have a chat soon and they could make a devil’s bargain. Brennan is a problem for Sidwell and also for Cullum, but Sidwell is just as likely to turn Valentin over to the WSB director. We’ll see if he wants him. He may want him on the loose making trouble for Brennan.
Sonny keeps manipulating Ava and also working to frame someone for Drew’s shooting. Justina’s going to be on Sonny’s radar when she goes after Michael. Willow wants access to her kids and considers how to make that happen. She also has to figure out how to move forward and deal with the hubby she hates. You know, she wants to cut Drew loose, but she’s got to make sure everything is perfect first.
Plus, Brennan’s suspicions about Director Cullum grow. We may soon learn more about this guy and whether Valentin is a concern for him and vice versa. There’s a long list of people also out to punish Drew for his various misdeeds.
