Duggar News followers are now learning shocking details about Jim Bob’s land deal with none other than Walmart. Apparently, he had a property in Tontitown, Arkansas. Hence, the celeb decided to sell his property on West Henri De Tonti Road, and the noted massive company acquired it.
Starcasm recently revealed that Walmart ended up paying $4.7 million for around 16 acres of land. It is adjacent to Duggar-owned Champions Motorcars. The source further revealed that the buyer got Jim Bob and Michelle’s land as well. It noted, “The land is adjacent to Champions Motorcars, which the Duggars own.” So, how do we know that he made a profit in this deal? Well, the celeb initially got it for $600,000 and sold it for $4.7 million. This makes it clear that the celeb got a really good deal with his land!
But that’s not all. As per the insider, the buyer paid $5.66 million for 27.45 acres. This land is reported to be adjacent to the property that they got from Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar. Apparently, the owners of this land are William Jackson Butt II and James McClelland Jr. under the name Five J. Farms.
Some viewers speculate that Jim Bob and Michelle also have some link with this company. This is because Five J. Farms petitioned for land on Dowell Road in Springdale, Arkansas, in the past.
