Days of Our Lives Spoilers Friday, May 9: Felicity’s Guilt Over Sarah – Chad & Cat’s Rescue – EJ’s Promise

Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Friday, May 9, reveal that Felicity Greene (Kennedy Garcia) will deal with some guilt over Sarah Horton Kiriakis’ (Linsey Godfrey) hospital stay, but Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) and Cat Greene (AnnaLynne McCord) will pull off a rescue. EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) will also make a promise, so here’s what DOOL fans can expect.

In the town square, Sarah took a bite out of her lemon scone and immediately sensed that something was unusual.

As Sarah coughed and slumped over, Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) was left in panic mode!

Chanel Dupree DiMera (Raven Bowens) is the one who offered Sarah the scone, but she didn’t bake the latest batch.

Felicity has been in the kitchen instead and perhaps did some experimenting with the lemon scone recipe.

It seems like Felicity must’ve put in something new that Sarah is allergic to.

Felicity couldn’t have known disaster would strike, but she’ll still feel terrible once Sarah is rushed to the hospital.

Cat and Chad will rescue Felicity once she’s drowning in guilt and regrets.

It’ll be a good chance for Chad and Cat to come together as a team, so they should make Felicity feel a little better with their joint pep talk.

As for Sarah, she’ll undergo treatment at the hospital. Although this will ruin Sarah and Xander’s travel plans for the weekend, the priority will obviously be making sure Sarah is OK.

Days spoilers say Sarah will ultimately make a full recovery, but she’ll give Xander quite a scare.

Once Xander knows Sarah’s going to be all right, he may turn his attention back to his mission to buy the hospital since the lake trip is off.

Days spoilers indicate Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) will pitch in with the hospital mission as well, but he’ll have another challenge to tackle first.

Although Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) is embarrassed over the scandalous novel she wrote, Alex will bring it up again and try to convince her to let Titan-DiMera make it a bestseller.

It’ll take some work, but Alex may eventually get Stephanie on board.

While Javi Hernandez (Al Calderon) confides in Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) about his family’s drama, EJ will be busy making a promise across town.

Days spoilers say EJ will be determined to protect his son, so he obviously won’t want Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) landing in prison for shooting him.

EJ may make a vow to himself about ensuring that Johnny avoids Statesville.

Of course, EJ’s flashback doesn’t quite add up since he remembers putting the memory card in his pocket just before Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) entered holding the weapon.

Since EJ later moved that memory card to the drawer, some time passed between when Johnny pointed a gun at him and when he actually got shot.

It seems like EJ’s memories are just jumbled up a bit, which is understandable considering he spent some time in a coma.

EJ may make some updates to his perspective once more memories inevitably surface and bring shocking news.

Days of Our Lives spoilers say EJ’s whodunit will come with additional curveballs, so he may make some new shooter predictions sooner or later.
