Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Friday, November 21, reveal that Sarah Horton Kiriakis (Linsey Godfrey) will suffer a medical scare, so Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) will blame Rachel Black (Alice Halsey). Sophia Choi (Rachel Boyd) will also get a Bayview visitor, so here’s what viewers will see next.

Although Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) recently offered up some praise over the free clinic and the gala to celebrate it, she’ll have more EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) concerns on Friday’s DOOL episode.

EJ will manage to raise Kayla’s suspicions, so she may find herself wondering what he’s really up to in that new hospital wing.

Days spoilers say Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (Richard Wharton) and Mark Greene (Jonah Robinson) will remain hard at work in the lab.

That’ll give Mark and Dr. Rolf a chance to make some progress in the strange experiment they’ve been tasked with pulling off.

While Dr. Rolf and Mark collaborate, Rachel will fly solo on a new scheme.

Now that Rachel’s concerned about Brady and Sarah becoming more than friends, she’s been doing some online research that’ll spell trouble.

Rachel uncovered some disturbing news regarding her past since she read about Sarah kidnapping her during the baby swap fallout.

Of course, Rachel also found out about Sarah’s pistachio allergy and the scary reaction she had after the scone blunder in the town square.

Days spoilers say Rachel will lash out again in Friday’s show.

That’ll lead to Rachel doubting Brady’s “just friends” claims and wondering if he’s falling in love with Sarah.

Sarah and Brady will apparently take Rachel out for dessert at the pub, where they’ll try to put her mind at ease.

Unfortunately, Rachel seems poised to make sure Sarah has pistachios on her sundae or whatever other dessert she ends up eating.

Sarah will have a scary allergic reaction that leaves her struggling to breathe, so Brady will panic and realize Rachel is responsible.

Meanwhile, Days spoilers say Aaron Greene (Louis Tomeo) will head to Bayview, where he’ll visit Sophia and try to bring her out of her trance.

DOOL fans will see Aaron talk about Baby Trey DiMera (Joseph Ihlenf and Jordan Perdue), the adoption updates and everything else that’s on his mind, but will he get any response out of Sophia?
