General Hospital (GH) recap for Wednesday, March 5, reveals that Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) seemed jealous over Jack Brennan’s (Chris McKenna) other woman while Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) prepared for a Buenos Aires trip.
At the Metro Court, Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) stopped Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) from entering his suite while Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) was still snooping.
After Maxie dragged Martin down to the restaurant to discuss some legal work, she struggled to keep him there.
Maxie intentionally spilled a drink on herself and sought help cleaning it up to buy more time.
Meanwhile, Lulu snapped pics of the case notes she discovered about Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) having Dante Falconeri’s (Dominic Zamprogna) baby without him knowing.
Once Lulu gave Maxie the all clear, she met up with Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) and pretended like Brook Lynn told her what she went through as a teenager.
Cody mentioned the pregnancy as a result, so Lulu got additional confirmation.
After Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer) walked in on Cody, Dante, Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) and Emma Drake (Braedyn Bruner) chatting, she seemed anxious over all the talk about Dante and Brook Lynn’s camp days.
Lois dashed off to Martin’s room and demanded his case notes, so he pulled them out and seemed to notice that they were out of place.
However, Martin covered up his concerns and handed the notes to Lois, who wanted to burn them to be on the safe side.
Next, Anna talked to Jason about the kill order that was out on Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart).
Jason wasn’t happy that he was just now hearing about Carly getting dragged into Brennan’s drama in Germany.
Anna was concerned for Charlotte, so Jason made a prediction about being ready to go as soon as they got a lead.
In the Quartermaine kitchen, Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) told Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) that Charlotte messaged him and was in Buenos Aires.
Rocco was hesitant to tell Lulu since he feared she’d run off and put her life on the line.
When Jason appeared, Danny quickly showed him Charlotte’s text and said she was in Buenos Aires.
Jason felt it was important to keep this info quiet and went to find Anna.
Once Rocco was alone with Danny, he blew up at him for blurting out the truth to Jason.
This wasn’t Danny’s secret to tell, but Danny insisted he was trying to help as things got heated.
Dante walked in and wondered what the trouble was, so Rocco and Danny lied about arguing over a girl Rocco liked.
After Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) summoned Ava Jerome (Maura West) to GH, she filled her in on the blackmail mess since Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) found about her lab results tampering – and now Drew Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison) was holding it over her.
Although Portia told Curtis about altering the lab results, she never told him what happened with Brad.
Now Portia was afraid to come clean about Drew since she’d have to admit she’d been keeping secrets.
Since secrets nearly cost Portia her marriage until Curtis gave her a second chance, she wasn’t sure he’d give her a third one.
Portia needed Ava’s advice, so Ava pushed her to get Ric Lansing’s (Rick Heart) advice before she did anything else.
Ava also suggested Portia had to decide whether to do Drew’s bidding or risk losing Curtis.
At one point, Portia made a rather ominous comment about there not being a simple solution unless Drew was dead.
At the Metro Court, Carly gushed over Josslyn Jacks’ (Eden McCoy) updates from Easter Island since she was seemingly having a wonderful time on her trip.
Brennan secretly looked at the impressive results of Josslyn’s testing and training so far on his phone.
A woman named Vivian (Valery Ortiz) appeared who recognized Brennan and got flirty with him in front of Carly.
Vivian hoped Brennan would put her number to good use, so Carly walked out on Brennan feeling humiliated.
Once Brennan tracked Carly down, she suggested he needed someone casual like Vivian since she wasn’t that kind of woman.
Brennan hinted about having something more with Carly before getting a text about assets being enroute to Buenos Aires, where Charlotte had been found.
After Jason met up with Anna and let her know they had a new Charlotte lead, they boarded the Metro Court elevator and prepared to head to Buenos Aires together.
