General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) and Jack Brennan’s (Chris McKenna) budding relationship may end in heartbreak. Here’s why Carly should NOT forgive Brennan since she deserves better than this manipulative romance.

For starters, we can’t ignore the fact that swapping actors changed things.

Many fans still aren’t seeing much chemistry between Carly and Brennan now that Chris McKenna has taken over for Charles Mesure.

That alone is perhaps a reason why Carly shouldn’t forgive Brennan when his secrets blow up.

GH writers will have a chance to give Carly a clean break and let her move on with someone else – hopefully another guy she really sizzles with.

However, there are other reasons why Carly shouldn’t forgive Brennan that need to be addressed.

It’s arguably Brennan’s fault that Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) landed at that cabin and wound up killing Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober).

Now Brennan’s got Josslyn lying to her mom and gearing up for a dangerous WSB job that can only bring more risks.

Throw in the fact that Brennan framed Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and he’s crossed way too many lines.

Carly doesn’t mess around when it comes to children – and rightly so considering Morgan Corinthos (Chad Duell) is deceased and burned Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) is recovering in a German clinic.

Carly has seen what can happen when her kids get tangled up in dangerous situations, so she’s bound to be livid over the peril Brennan’s brought to Josslyn’s life.

The worst part is that Brennan’s still flirting hard with Carly and playing up how she’s worth the wait.

Brennan is making Carly fall for him while secretly causing all this drama for people she loves.

Carly deserves better than a guy who’d secretly do these things behind her back and still charm her with a smile on his face.

There are plenty of fish in the sea, so maybe Carly should dump Brennan for good once the whole truth comes out.
