Worried Noah corners Sharon at Crimson Lights. They are both concerned that Nick has dropped off the radar. His mom fills him in on Chelsea’s nightmare. They wonder if she’s run off to Vegas. Sharon admits she’s had other things on her mind and fills her son in on Devon’s campaign to have Mariah imprisoned. Noah doesn’t see how that will do anyone any good. His mom sobs that it may be a long shot, but this could still drag them all into court.
Matt Agrees to Take Adam to the Body
In Vegas, Chelsea thinks Matt’s sick for declaring Nick dead. They assume this is a lie. Matt mocks them, making an imaginary toast to “the golden one.” Adam gets in his face, but Chelsea holds him back as Matt continues to mock them. Adam demands to see his brother, whether he’s dead or alive. If Matt refuses to help, he will kill him. Adam tries to impress by saying he’s done sick things. When Matt stops laughing at that, he agrees to take him to his brother, but the ladies can’t come. This infuriates Chelsea, and she and Adam continue uttering threats. None of this means much to Matt, who announces the corpse isn’t getting any fresher and leads Adam out the door.

Sally Takes the Test
At home, Sally stares at the pregnancy test. Audra reminds her that you have to keep it out of the box. Sally isn’t sure what this is. She doesn’t feel sick like she does when she eats too much funnel cake. Her friend admits she knows the feeling. Audra was pregnant once, too. She recounts how she carried Noah’s child, but she didn’t tell him since they had split up. Plus, she didn’t want to look like a gold-digger. When she wonders what being a mom would have been like, she realizes how much the Newmans would have tried to control her. Tearing up, Sally recalls losing her baby, too. She admits she’s not okay and runs off to the bathroom. Audra isn’t okay either and cries on the couch.

After taking the test, Sally returns. It may not feel real yet, but it was positive. Audra guesses this wasn’t planned. Will she tell Billy? Once her head stops swimming, Sally will. She and Billy have “big talks” that never amount to anything all the time. For once, things will be different.

Billy Gives Jack a Pep Talk
Billy calls his mom and says he’ll head to London in a couple of days. His brother pops up, and Billy explains Sally is ill. At least, she says she is. He can’t help but wonder if she doesn’t want to do the family thing. Given how he and Jill fight, he can understand her wanting to avoid it. Billy asks his brother about Diane. Jack reminds him of how hard he and Diane have fought to be together. His brother is sure she rationally knows what happened isn’t his fault. Jack can see that, but he’s forgiven the unforgivable things his wife has done. There’s only so much groveling he can do… Billy has faith in him.

Sally Has News for Billy
Billy returns home after a text from Sally. Audra heads out the door after hugging her friend. He’s concerned to hear that Sally is nauseous. She explains that she knows what’s wrong with her and it’s not a bug.

The Final Scenes
Noah joins Audra on the patio of Crimson Lights and notes that she seems upset. She admits that, as much as she tries to keep it from her mind, she’s been thinking of their baby. He still feels awful that she couldn’t come to him about it in the past. Noah holds her.

Jack arrives at the Abbott manse and his son tips him off that Diane came to get more of her stuff. Jack is getting hopeless. Kyle informs his father that Traci tried putting his case to Diane. Jack guesses she just got defensive. He worries his wife has forgotten they are meant for each other. He’s at his wit’s end. Once his son leaves for work, Jack calls Nikki for dinner.

Chelsea wonders if Riza can be trusted given that she’s put her trust in Matt. Riza claims she doesn’t pick fights with maniacs. They bicker about Adam’s lingering attraction to his old life, and the grifter asks if she always partners up with random creeps. “You’d better pray that Nick is found alive,” Chelsea warns.

In the warehouse, Adam drops to the floor and desperately searches for his brother’s pulse. Matt clocks him with a fire extinguisher and locks the brothers in.

Worried, Billy tells Sally they can get specialists to figure out what’s wrong with her. Snuffling, she finally explains she’s pregnant.
