At the cliff house, Taylor is relieved to get a call from Deacon, who assures her he’s fine and tells her to put him on speaker. Finn and Steffy listen as Deacon explains that he told Sheila he loves Taylor and she left. “She’s gone.” Taylor tells him she’s on his way over and bolts. Steffy complains to Finn that Sheila is still a threat. She doesn’t concede. What if she goes back to Deacon’s and finds her mother in his arms?
At Brooke’s place, the blonde is scandalized when Ridge fills her in on Sheila busting Deacon and Taylor. She can’t believe that she nearly caught them in bed. Ridge rants about Taylor “doing this” to their family just because of Deacon.

Ridge takes a call from Steffy, who updates him that Sheila left and Taylor went to meet Deacon. Ridge puts her on speakerphone and Finn tries telling Ridge everything is good. He argues that it’s not good. Finn offers to reach out to Sheila, but Steffy doesn’t want him opening that door. Ridge isn’t buying that Sheila just left town.
All Clear
At Deacon’s place, his kids rush in, extremely relieved to find him OK. They tell him Sheila knows! Deacon says she’s gone… and Taylor’s on her way over. His kids are mystified at his wife taking this news so well. Taylor arrives and Deacon repeats, “Sheila’s gone.” He and Taylor embrace.

Taylor recaps her run-in with Sheila and the pizza cutter for Hope and Deke, adding that she told her the truth about how much she loves Deacon. They debate whether Sheila has evolved. Deacon’s convinced she won’t hurt anyone.

As Brooke, Ridge, Finn and Steffy continue to worry about the threat of Sheila, and whether Taylor’s in danger, Deacon and Taylor assure Hope and Deke that they’ll be OK. Deke and Hope decide to give them alone time, and take off.

Once alone, Deacon tells Taylor she’s the love of his life, and his future. He’s grateful she’s OK and that they can be together.
The Final Scenes
At Brooke’s place, Ridge is still going on about Taylor endangering his family. He can’t believe the two of them getting back together pushed Taylor to this. He wants her to find someone, but not Deacon. Anyone shocked? Seriously, anyone?!

At the cliff house, Finn thinks that Taylor being honest with Sheila even though she could have killed her, tells you something about her feelings. Steffy wants her to be happy, but safe. She questions if Deacon can treat her like the queen that she is.
At Deacon’s place, he and Taylor canoodle on the sofa. He doesn’t think Sheila will come after them or anyone they care about. Deacon tells Taylor how good it felt to see her with their kids and to have their support. He knows they have to be cautious, but he’s sure they’re through the worst of it. As they make mushy speeches and kiss, Sheila creeps up and watches them through the window.

Turning away from the window, Sheila lets slip a faint, ominious smile.
