Days of Our Lives’ Suzanne Rogers Talks Status as Maggie: ‘At the Moment… ’
Even though she’s been used to having to memorize lots of pages of scripts throughout the years, at the moment, Rogers shared that she doesn’t have that many these days, maybe “40 pages at the most,” but not even that many as of late. So, why does the shift happen? The actress explained that when new writers come into the mix, it takes them a little bit to get to know the characters they are writing for. Plus, the other characters one works with makes a difference as well.

“If you are not part of that storyline, then you don’t work as much,” Rogers told the outlet then went on to explain, “You may work, but you may not have as much dialogue as you would if you had the main storyline.”
More: Is Salem losing two more of its finest?
Though Rogers isn’t working much, because Maggie doesn’t have her own big adventure going on in Salem, given the current front burner storyline involving Xander and Sarah, we get to see more of her due to her relationship with both characters. And when this happens, she’s fine with that because “soaps are like a roller coaster.” That’s the way the genre operates.
