Oh boy. If there’s one hard and fast soap opera rule, it’s to never talk about secrets out in the open. Unfortunately, that’s also the rule that’s always — and we do mean always — broken! Trina and Kai just broke it to spectacular effect on General Hospital by discussing how they knew Willow shot Drew, while they talked in her office.

And Willow, of course, overheard them. She now knows that they know. Maybe she can’t be put in prison for it since she’s already been ruled innocent, but this can still blow up her life. She’d lose her congressional seat, Drew would be yanked from her and be able to speak again, she’d lose her kids and, to top it all off, she’d probably be tossed into prison for the slew of new crimes she’s committed!

In short, she can not let anyone find out what Trina and Kai know. (Even though, unfortunately for her, others already do.) So how far would she go to shut them up? That’s tough. She could try bribing or blackmailing them, but that’s far from a sure bet.

We know she’s capable of murder. We see how easy torture is for her. But so far, she’d been doing all that to Drew — and he’s far from innocent, or even decent. Would she try to kill Kai and Trina? Maybe not, but she wouldn’t necessarily have to.

Because she’s also in Sidwell’s pocket, and knows how dangerous he is. She could be worried about how he’d react and what he’d do to her if the truth ruined his plans.

All she’d have to do is let slip to him that some others know she shot Drew and sit back and let him do whatever he decides to do to fix the situation. Her hands could be clean. We all know they wouldn’t be, but if her accusers just happen to be taken out by someone else, it might let her sleep better at night. Maybe.

No matter what Willow decides to do, she’s way too deep into this Drew mess to stop things now. And that means Kai and Trina are in serious danger.
