Is This It for Klaus?

It’s not clear who survives the shootout, but we do know that Shawn’s aware enough on Friday to press JJ for the truth. The question is: What truth? About why he froze up and Shawn had to (literally) step into the line of fire? And are the updates Belle’s sharing with Jada about their EJ case, or about how Shawn’s doing in the hospital?

Klaus, if we’re being honest, is far more expendable than Shawn, so we’re going to guess that the chances of him pulling through are slim! And it’s not like the cops will need him alive to trace the DiMera kidnappings to Vivian. Once Liam confirms that the guy who tried to kill him was the one who hired him to look after the crypt, that’s a pretty damning tie to the (former?) Vivian Alamain.

And Liam should get that chance as he got off lucky, thanks to JJ’s quick action. And even better for him, he’s got Ari to tend to that scratch he got when Klaus’ bullet grazed his arm.

And finally, it looks like Holly’s downward spiral is about to get worse as Rachel gives Tate a gift for Holly. A gift of “supplements” that are bound to keep her a mental and emotional wreck! There is a glimmer of hope, though, as Holly shares some of her fears with Sarah. If her aunt can convince her to pause the supplements for at least a bit, Holly may be able to break free from the effects!
