Days of Our Lives (DOOL) preview video for the week of January 12-16 reveals that Arianna “Ari” Horton (Marissa Reyes) will spot Sophia Choi (Rachel Boyd) on the loose while Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) pushes Gwen von Leuschner (Emily O’Brien) to disappear Dimitri von Leuschner (Peter Porte) again.

DOOL’s weekly promo begins with Jeremy Horton (Michael Roark) looking perturbed over Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) and Alex Kiriakis’ (Robert Scott Wilson) engagement announcement.

There’s also a quick scene of Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) noticing Liam Selejko’s (Hank Northrop) hand injury and seeming suspicious when he downplays it as nothing.

Next, Sophia and Rachel Black (Alice Halsey) can be seen scheming before Rachel looks at some stolen cash.

Days fans can expect Rachel to pose as Sophia for bed check once more and hope they don’t get busted!

However, Sophia will indeed be spotted in the town square once she’s out of Bayview.

Although Sophia will don a dark hoodie and try to fly under the radar, there’ll be a problem since Ari will be nearby.

“Sophia?” a puzzled Ari calls out in Days’ weekly preview video.

Of course, Sophia might scurry off before Ari has a chance to confirm whether this is truly a Sophia sighting or not.

However, Ari could stir up some trouble if she potentially calls Bayview to see if Ari is still at the facility.

Whatever the case, it looks like Sophia’s latest escape plot will come with some complications.

In the meantime, Gwen will face some complications of her own since Leo will threaten to expose what he knows about her sneaky plans with EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel).

Leo doesn’t have all the details yet, but he might threaten to learn more or just publish a big news article about the shady mystery of it all.

That said, Leo will be willing to stay silent if Gwen gives him something in return.

When Gwen wonders what Leo wants, he’ll have a shocking response.

“Make Dimitri disappear again,” Leo declares in Days’ weekly promo.

Unfortunately, this seems like the kind of idea that could backfire on Leo spectacularly if Javi Hernandez (Al Calderon) finds out.

Although Leo’s been playing up how much he’s changed, Javi may question if that’s really true if he’s trying to make his former flame vanish once more!
