General Hospital spoilers reveal a preview video clip has been released for the week of December 22, 2025. It shows Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) playing Santa. There is a courtroom crisis that could change everything for Willow.

Santa Sonny Corinthos

Let’s start off with Sonny, who plays Santa. The mob boss shows up at Laura Collins’ (Genie Francis) place. It seems that Laura opens the door to get a holiday family greeting.

Laura seems happy but stressed as she looks at Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening), Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr), and Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke).

Then, Sonny suddenly pops in the doorway wearing his Santa hat.

While everyone else smiles joyfully, there is a knowing look between Sonny and Laura.

With Jenz Sidwell’s (Carlo Rota) blackmail and demands, this could be a complicated Christmas!

Portia Robinson’s Courtroom Crisis

As for Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr), she takes the stand at Willow Tait Cain’s (Katelyn MacMullen) trial.

Fans know that the not so good doctor has been keeping a lot of secrets and committing plenty of crimes.

Now the woman is pregnant and just like so many years ago, she doesn’t know who the father of the baby is.

These crimes stem all the way back to Heather Webber’s (Alley Mills) cobalt poisoning storyline.

While at first, she was just protecting Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali), it has morphed into something else entirely!

In the weekly preview video, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) calls Portia up to the stand.

While up on the witness box, it begins with the doctor looking confident.

Portia even gives Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) and Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) a confident nod.

However, Alexis’ intel gives her some new questions to ask.

Portia completely breaks down on the stand! While sobbing, she begs Alexis to not do this.

Meanwhile, the camera shoots to Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) and Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton).

The look on Dante’s face suggests Portia says something very wrong.

Valentin Cassadine’s Surprise Visitor

There is also Valentin, who seems to get a surprise visitor. It looks like someone who Val would want to see.

Is it possible that, despite her promises, Charlotte just can’t resist seeing her Papa?

The blue ribbon on the key told Charlotte to stay away, but she might not be able to resist seeing her dad.

Dante Falconeri’s Christmas

General Hospital spoilers also reveal that Dante will put on a weak smile and issue a holiday greeting.

While Dante is supposed to do tree trimming with Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza), chances are the detective might make things tense with his son all over again, so stay tuned!
