General Hospital (GH) spoilers hint that Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) may be a Professor Henry “Hank” Dalton (Daniel Goddard) shooter suspect. Will Sonny be wrongfully accused of eliminating Rocco Falconeri’s (Finn Carr) problem?

In GH’s November 19 episode, Sonny talked to Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) about not liking the odds in this whole Rocco situation.

Although Sonny wished ADA Justine Turner (Nazneen Contractor) had a weaker case, Ric told him to try to live with that discomfort.

“Do not give in to the temptation to do anything to help our situation,” Ric warned Sonny.

That led to Sonny shrugging and offering up a “no Dalton, no case” response.

Ric stood his ground and insisted nobody needed to make Dalton disappear because the new defense strategy was going to work.

Of course, that conversation seemed significant since Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) pumped a fatal bullet in Dalton moments later.

It was Sidwell who got rid of problematic Dalton in the end, but Sonny will surely face some suspicion under the circumstances.

Sonny is quite protective of his children and grandchildren, so everyone knows what he’s capable of when one of them is in a tight spot.

Since Sonny was furious with Dalton for setting Rocco up, there will inevitably be people who believe he was responsible for Dalton’s demise.

Sonny tends to let Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) or someone else on his payroll get the job done when someone needs to be eliminated.

However, Sonny has been known to get his hands dirty occasionally.

The mob boss proved that back when he mercilessly took John “Jagger” Cates (Adam J. Harrington) down on the Quartermaine property.

Once Sidwell has Dalton’s body dumped, it looks like Laura Collins (Genie Francis) will find it and call the cops.

Even so, Laura could end up accused of conspiring with Sonny to get their grandson’s new enemy out of the picture.

It’s easy to imagine Ezra Boyle (Daniel Cosgrove) playing up this idea to anyone who’ll listen, especially since he’ll be feeling vengeful following his election loss to Laura.

Regardless, Sonny had a motive to want Dalton gone permanently and has already been hinting about taking him out.

At the very least, you can bet Ric will launch an interrogation and wonder if Sonny refused to listen to his warning.
