Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers hint that three babies seem poised to shake up Salem. Some big family additions are ahead, so let’s talk about the hints that DOOL’s dropped and who’s getting a bundle of joy.

1) EJ and Lani give the twins a little sibling

It’s been wonderful to see Lani Price-Grant (Sal Stowers) and Eli Grant (Lamon Archey) for Days’ anniversary celebration.

It was even more wonderful to hear that Lani and Eli are hoping to have another baby!

If all goes well, Eli and Lani plan on giving the twins a new sibling in the not-too-distant future.

Since Lani and Eli spent some time in bed together during their Salem visit, perhaps there’s already a bun in the oven!

Eli and Lani may not live in Salem full-time, but their family addition could bring some baby bliss for them and their loved ones down the road.

2) Paul and Andrew’s adoption moves forward

Now that Paul Narita (Christopher Sean) and Andrew Donovan (Colton Little) have settled into their happy marriage, they’re ready to explore parenthood.

Paul admitted they’re looking into adoption, so that process should move forward and bring exciting news somewhere down the line.

Although Andrew and Paul are still in the early stages, they should become fathers eventually.

Paul and Andrew may end up with a baby to raise or even a child that’s a bit older depending on what Days writers decide.

Regardless, Andrew and Paul may have a kid to bring home on future visits if everything goes according to plan.

3) Joy upends Alex’s life with baby drama

Of course, Days fans can’t forget that Joy Wesley (last played by AlexAnn Hopkins) was secretly pregnant with Alex Kiriakis’ (Robert Scott Wilson) unborn child when she left town back in March.

The next phase of the story could involve Joy giving birth and bringing the baby to Salem, where she could totally upend Alex’s life.

Alex has to find out Joy’s big secret sooner or later, so it may happen once she resurfaces with a bouncing baby boy or girl in her arms!
