General Hospital (GH) spoilers hint that Greta (Carolyne Maraghi) the courier could be a clone. Could this woman essentially be a copy of the fake nurse assassin who went after Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) in Los Angeles?

The show may not be using the same actress, but they certainly cast someone who could be a dead ringer for the hitwoman who slipped in Sonny’s room to inject him.

Could there be a good reason for that?

GH fans will recall that Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) fell under suspicion after that attempt on Sonny’s life in LA.

The Sidwell connection could be important and play a role in a much bigger story.

After Brick (Stephen A. Smith) shot the faux nurse in Sonny’s hospital room, Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) came along on cleanup duty.

Brennan was able to identify the assassin as someone well-known in the intelligence community who was paid in crypto on the dark web.

However, a huge shock could be brewing for Brennan if he ultimately identifies this new courier and realizes she’s seemingly the same person.

Brennan might wonder how it’s possible that she’s still alive considering he handled the fatal cleanup himself.

What if Sidwell and the mystery man he’s partnered up with have some clone couriers they’re using?

It would make sense to basically make copies of highly skilled employees who’d be expendable and could be programmed to follow orders.

If Brennan can put the pieces together, that’d be a massive step toward figuring out that Professor Henry “Hank” Dalton’s (Daniel Goddard) secret project involves clones.

When Sidwell threatened Dalton, he brought up the fact that their mutual friend was growing impatient.

Dalton seemed spooked over the courier that was being sent to collect his research and appeared to recognize her at the pool.

What if Dalton was genuinely scared because of Greta’s skill set and what she’s capable of?

If this courier is part of a team of assassin clones, then that would explain why Dalton was so on edge.

Regardless, Brennan put a lot of emphasis on identifying this courier as the path to scoring more information.

There could be more than meets the eye going on when it comes to Greta, so we’ll see if Brennan ultimately gets updates on some shocking clone news.
