The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Cane’s Arrest Drama – Dumas’ Identity Goes Public with Mugshot?
The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) could have some arrest drama in his future. Will Aristotle Dumas’ identity go public with a mugshot?
Although everyone at Cane’s party knows he’s Dumas at this point, the same can’t be said for the rest of the world.
Other than the guests and a handful of people back in Genoa City, Dumas remains a man of mystery.
In Y&R’s July 11 episode, Cane suggested delaying the big Dumas reveal until after Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) and Audra Charles’ (Zuleyka Silver) perfume faceoff.
It makes for a more interesting story if the mysterious Dumas is the one choosing the winner.
Of course, this whole perfume feud may soon be forgotten.
Cane will have much more important things to contend with – namely the murders happening on his property!
It looks like Damian Kane (Jermaine Rivers) may get poisoned and could potentially lose his life as a result.
Cane may become a top suspect due to his rivalry with Damian over Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) and some clues that start piling up.
It also appears a stabbing victim will eventually be found, so we’ll see if that turns out to be Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) or someone else.
Regardless, Cane may land in hot water if the evidence points in his direction regarding these fatal crimes.
Cane may be innocent, but he may have a tough time getting anyone to believe that.
Lily doesn’t have much faith in Cane anymore, but he may beg her to believe he’s not responsible.
This could turn into a situation where Lily struggles over whether to buy Cane’s claims or the proof against him.
Lily will inevitably feel pretty overwhelmed over all the criminal chaos that’s set to play out.
If Cane gets arrested and thrown in jail for a bit, the public Dumas reveal could be far more scandalous than he intended.
It’s easy to imagine Newman Media running with a big story that features a mugshot!
