The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that some huge developments are coming up for several important couples on the show. Fans may see weddings, divorces and everything in between, so let’s talk about what’s ahead for some Y&R pairings.

1) Danny proposes to Christine, but is wedding day drama brewing?

Danny Romalotti (Michael Damian) recently gave Daniel Romalotti Jr. (Michael Graziadei) updates on his decision to propose to Christine Blair (Lauralee Bell). Although Danny hasn’t asked Christine yet, there’s a good chance she’ll say yes!

Danny feels like they’ve finally got it right this time when it comes to their relationship – and Christine should be on the same page.

Christine and Danny may have some wedding plans in the works soon, but could someone like Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) cause issues on their big day?

Phyllis has moved on from Danny, but she can never seem to resist causing trouble for “the bug.”

2) Will Mariah and Tessa’s separation end in divorce or reconciliation?

Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) broke Tessa Porter’s (Cait Fairbanks) heart when she insisted on a separation, so now Tessa’s worried things could really be over between them.

Although Mariah’s hoping to work through her issues and maybe put her family back together down the line, she can’t offer any guarantees.

Is this truly the end for Tessa and Mariah or just another angsty bump in the road?

It seems likely Tessa and Mariah will ultimately manage to avoid divorce, but it may take some work to repair the damage in their relationship.

Tessa will lean on Daniel in the meantime, so we’ll see if that brings other problems as this storyline moves along.

Regardless, Mariah’s secret will come out at some point, so that could be what eventually pulls Tessa closer again and perhaps lets her come to the rescue.

3) Billy and Sally’s make-or-break-it moment

Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) and Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) are also gearing up for a make-or-break-it moment in their romance.

All the Aristotle Dumas (Billy Flynn) chaos in Nice will cause Billy to take a walk on the wild side.

Sally has vowed to rein Billy in if need be during this trip, so that’s a promise she’ll try to keep.

Billy is always going to be a gambler at heart, so his risky behavior will prompt Sally to make some bold moves of her own and put a strain on their relationship.

4) Adam and Chelsea’s next romantic step

As for Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan), it looks like they’ll find a solid groove as a reunited couple.

Chelsea is finally starting to trust that the changes in Adam are real, so he just has to keep proving that’s the case.

If this keeps up, Chelsea and Adam just might be ready for the next romantic step sooner rather than later.

How long will it take Adam to get an engagement ring and pop the question?

We’ll have to wait and see, but Chelsea and Adam have given their whole hearts to each other this time around.

That could lead to Adam’s proposal, especially since the show’s already offered plenty of hints about their eventual remarriage.

Of course, there are other Y&R pairings that’ll face some shockers and shakeups along the way, too.
